FITNESS SUITE

1.1 Facilities & Services: LSC reserves the right to alter or temporarily withdraw facilities, activities, or services without refund. Notice will be given where possible, and LSC is not liable for disruptions beyond its control.

1.2 Health & Safety: Members and guests must follow staff instructions and use equipment safely, including checking settings and asking staff if unsure.

1.3 Liability: LSC's liability for loss or damage to personal property (excluding death or personal injury caused by negligence) is limited to a reasonable amount.

1.4 Membership & Refunds: Admission is subject to manager approval. Fees are non-refundable for non-use. LSC may request proof of any application details.

1.5 Cancellation & Notice: Direct Debit (DD) memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Payments due during the 30-day notice period remain payable.

1.6 Age Limits: Fitness Suite users must be at least 16. Proof of age may be required.

1.7 Membership Cards: Cards are non-transferable and must be presented for entry. Fraudulent use will result in immediate termination without a refund.

1.8 Conduct & Hygiene: Members must maintain suitable personal hygiene, re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, and respect other users. LSC reserves the right to address disruptive hygiene or behaviour privately.

1.9 Filming & Photography: Filming or photography is permitted strictly for personal use only and must not capture any other members without their express consent. LSC staff reserve the right to inspect recorded media to ensure compliance. Refusal to show recorded material upon request will result in immediate membership termination.

2.0 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
